Shipping Policy

For regular orders: Califootwear.com along with FedEx has devised a system of shipping all packages securely using a computerized tracking system linked directly from Fedex to our monitoring station. You can also call us for your shipment arrangement.
For bulk orders: Califootwear have years of connections of trucking company locally and globally wherever your locations are. We also gladly use your choices of the service providers.
For international orders: Califootwear suggests that international customers should call our main office at 909-979-2012 for better shipment arrangement since most of international orders require extra document.

Shipping Costs & time frame:

Califootwear.com calculates shipping costs for International Shipments, based on the rates that they receive from FEDEX. Rates are calculated based on Actual Gross Weight, and Dimensional Weight.
Normal shipping time frames are as followed:

FedEx Priority Overnight® – Overnight delivery in the U.S. by 10:30am for most addresses, with later times of day in rural areas or on Sat.
FedEx Standard Overnight® – Overnight delivery in the U.S. by 3pm, or 4:30pm in rural areas.
FedEx 2Day® –Delivery in the U.S. by 4:30pm (7pm to residences) in 2 business days.
FedEx Express Saver® –Delivery in the contiguous U.S. by 4:30pm (7pm to residences) in 3 business days.
FedEx® Ground –Delivery in 1-5 business days in the contiguous U.S.
FedEx® Home Delivery –Delivery to residences in 1-5 business days in the contiguous U.S.
FedEx International Priority® – Time-definite delivery in 1-3 business days to more than 210 countries.
FedEx International Economy® – Delivery in 2-5 business days to more than 205 countries.
US Postal Service (International EMS/Airmail ONLY)- You can choose US Postal service for your international shipment if you prefer.  Sometimes the shipping rate is lower than international economy express but there will be longer delays in delivering your orders  USPS will deliver the package(s) to your location 7 –14 business days after we have shipped the products. You will be notified of the shipping rate before we send your order into processing.
Arrange Your Pickup/Delivery – If you wish to arrange your own transportation or pickup in our Los Angeles distribution center.

Back Order:

Back order function is also available on our website. You will not be charged on back order on the website. However, 2 weeks before we ship your back orders, you will be contacted by our office and payment information will be obtained and processed by your preferences.
